Ecobee Coupons and Discount Codes

ecobee Coupons Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use an ecobee promo code or coupon code?

Use an ecobee promo code or coupon code by following the redemption instructions provided with the offer, then review your order before completing checkout. You can also check the ecobee page on Discountcodes.com for current promo codes and deals.

Yes, ecobee offers free shipping on purchases from its online store, with delivery generally listed as three to seven business days. ecobee also states that eligible purchases can be returned for free within thirty days for a full refund. Check your order details for the shipping information attached to the products you select before placing the order.

Does ecobee offer a new-customer promo code?

Yes, ecobee offers a new-customer promotional code through its newsletter sign-up. Yes, ecobee offers a free trial of ecobee Smart Security with eligible smart home products and bundles. The included trial can apply when you register a supported Smart Security device, such as a Smart Doorbell Camera, SmartCamera, or compatible SmartSensor paired with an ecobee hub. Standalone thermostat registration does not automatically start the trial.

When does ecobee hold sales?

ecobee holds sales under event names such as Fall Sale and Sales and Refurbished Devices. Its official store also highlights discounts within sections for bundles, sensors and cameras, device-only bundles, and Certified Refurbished Thermostats. Check those named sections when shopping because ecobee may present savings by product category rather than through one storewide event.

What is the best way to save when buying ecobee products?

Choose an ecobee bundle when you need several connected products because the store groups thermostats, cameras, sensors, and Smart Security together. Options include the Comfort and Security Bundle, Extended Coverage Bundle, Home Security Bundle, and Total Security and Savings Bundle. Each package lists its included devices and subscription benefits, making it easier to compare a bundle with individual products.
