Catalinbread collaborated with local tattoo artist, Kyle Oxford, to deliver a limited edition artwork series of four of our classics. These fun designs feature traditional tattoo artistry layered over some of our best-selling effects, including the Sabbra Cadabra, SFT, Katzenkönig, and RAH.In 1970 Led Zeppelin hit the stage of London's historic concert hall, Royal Albert Hall. We love the RAH performance and were inspired by a friend to capture it in a pedal. At this performance Jimmy Page expressed himself masterfully with a broad pallet of tones and GIANT dynamic range. Of course this has a lot to do with Page’s playing technique and Gibson Les Paul. His backline amps, custom Hiwatt heads into Marshall cabinets filled the entire hall with a cornucopia of colors at levels ranging from a mouse whisper to rave ups louder than a jumbo jet taking off only inches over your head. The RAH runs on 9 volts DC, negative ground only, either from a battery or the DC jack.Controls TREBLE: The Treble control handles high frequencies. On the Jimmy Page Hiwatt, it may seem subtle at first, but adjusting the Bass and Middle makes it more pronounced. For example, boosting the Bass and lowering the Middle increases Treble’s impact. Start with Treble at noon and adjust for the desired brightness or attack. MASTER: This controls the output volume. For the best response, set it just past unity volume — typically around noon. (Unity volume means the volume with the pedal on is about the same as when the pedal is off. MIDDLE: The Middle control shapes midrange frequencies, crucial for a balanced tone. Lowering it creates a scooped sound, while increasing it adds warmth and body. Start at noon and adjust to dial in the right amount of midrange presence. BASS: The Bass control manages low frequencies, adding fullness. On the Jimmy Page Hiwatt, it stays punchy without overwhelming the tone. Start at noon and adjust to find a balanced low end that complements the Treble and Middle settings. GAIN: This control corresponds to the 'Input Volume' control on the actual Page amp. The sweet spot for this control is between 3 o'clock and max for a more Zep-like response. However, for a cleaner sound, or if your guitar has particularly hot pickups, you may want to try lower gain settings.

NuX NDR-5 Atlantic Delay Reverb Guitar Effect Pedal

NuX NDR-5 Atlantic Delay Reverb Guitar Effect Peda...

The NuX Atlantic pedal covers several Delay and Reverb types that are very representative in history: 60's Tape-Echo, 70's BBD Analog Delay, 80's Digital Delay, Spring Reverb, Plate Reverb, and Hall Reverb. The latest algorithms with Core Image Technology from NuX offer you not only these classic effects but also modern Shimmer and Freeze effects that inspire you to create dreamy musical ideas. Its patented Smart TAP function automatically understands if you want to turn on/off the delay or tap in the tempo.NuX Atlantic Reverb EffectsSpring Reverb creates a polyphonic atmosphere filter that catches the sound reflections from deep down spring reverb tank. You can adjust the tank size with the level knob and set the reflection distance with the decay knob. Plate Reverb and Shimmer create a straight and clean reflection inside a flat-walled room. You can control the room size with the Level knob and then tweak the Delay bounce point with the Decay knob. If you hold down the Reverb switch, straight reflections will be heated and swirled throughout the inside of the room creating a Shimmer effect. Hall Reverb is the sound of a well-designed hall. Whether the hall size is big or small, the reflections will be emitted by wall furniture. You can adjust the interior hall size, from a small garage to a huge structure with the Level knob and increase or decrease the number of objects on the walls with the Decay knob. Less decay means more objects and faster reflection fading.Inside RoutingNuX Atlantic Delay and Reverb pedal also have inside routing control between the two effects so you can choose which one comes first. In Serial Mode, you can create a deep-reflection reverb with wet or dry repeats, or you can split your guitar signal, and add both effects in the parallel chain. Each effect will be mixed with separated dry signals.Input/OutputIt has a 6.35 mm stereo input and 2 outputs for the ultimate delay and reverb experience. By plugging a TRS cable into the pedal's input, you can add the Atlantic to any effect chain via Send/Return connection by using a Y cable or Insert cable. It has an Input Level toggle switch, +4 dB / -10 dB (headroom adjustment).
