This will require you to send high resolution photos and/or video of any suspected faulty parts via email. Only once we have received the evidence via email would we be able to process the warranty claim. We would not need to collect the item to inspect in person as we can find any information we require through the use of high resolution images and video which means warranty claims can generally be processed much faster. If a fault is found with the item(s) within the 12-month warranty period, we will replace all affected parts free of charge. You can return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All damages and discrepancies aside from those clearly highlighted must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
