Place strip on upper teeth just below the gum line. Gently press strip onto naturally moistened teeth until sealed in placed. If strip does not adhere, continue to moisten teeth with tongue before reapplying strip with dry fingers. Fold any excess strip behind the teeth. Repeat for the lower teeth. Allow about 15 minutes for strip to dissolve. No rinsing necessary. For best results, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes. However, if the strips come into contact with your gums and lips, you may experience mild, temporary sensitivity or irritation, such as tingling, blisters, or the appearance of white spots. If you experience discomfort, rinse your mouth with water and allow 1-2 days before using another strip.
