Specially formulated with an ultra fast dry time. Dries in as little as 15 minutes. Can be installed from a feather edge to 5 In. depth. No primers or additives needed, just mix with water. Recommended mixing ratio is 2 parts powder to 1 part water by volume . For the entire bag, mix 1.75 quarts of water with the 7 Lb. bag. Coverage: Trowel with flat edge, 7 Lb. box covers approximately 198 Sq. Ft. at skim coat. Temperature should be above 65 deg. F. Remove dirt, wax, polish, paint, and other foreign material from floor prior to application. Mixing product with a 1/2 In. drill at a minimum 650 RPM will produce a creamier and easier-to-apply mix.
