The 1/8 X 36 #5556 ALUMINUM 16-820 is an aluminum welding electrode by Washington Alloy. It is an aluminum filler metal with more manganese and zinc content and partially more magnesium than Washington Alloy 5356. As a result, Washington Alloy 5556 has increased conductivity and crack resistance. This alloy is suitable for MIG and TIG welding processes the 5154, 5254, 5454, and 5456 are common base metals.
