Melissa Coupons Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use a Melissa promo code?

Enter a Melissa promo code at checkout before placing your order. Look for the code field during checkout, then review the offer terms for exclusions, gift card restrictions, and whether it can be combined with another promotion or coupon code. Melissa states that eligible discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be added to completed orders.

What is Melissa’s return policy?

Melissa accepts eligible returns submitted through its automated online returns portal within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. The student offer excludes collaborations, cannot be combined with other promotions or coupon codes, and is not valid on gift cards or past purchases. After verification, enter the student discount code at checkout before completing the order.

How does Melissa Rewards work?

Create a free account to join, then earn points through shopping and activities such as email or text sign-up, reviews, social follows, qualifying orders, and birthdays. Members also receive shipping perks, early access to drops, and birthday treats.

When does Melissa have sales?

Melissa features discounts in its Sale and Last Chance sections, along with named events such as Vault Sale and holiday promotions. The sale navigation organizes options by sandals, platforms, shoes, boots, and size, while separate Baby Sale and Kids Sale sections make it easier to find discounted Mini Melissa styles and children’s footwear.
