The 48 Forno Capriasca Dual Fuel Range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304 grade stainless-steel design. Cooking surface has 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. A 20K dual-ring burner is ideal for boiling or searing and can also perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off heat when desired. The two ovens have a combined capacity of 6.58 cu.ft. and boast a total output of 9,700 watts, providing plenty of power for baking, roasting, and broiling. The ovens feature impressive blue enamel interiors for easy cleaning and 3-layer glass oven door windows that provide both heat retention and an unobstructed view. The right-side oven has a true convection fan function. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, a reversible grill/griddle, a complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, a concave wok ring, and an LP conversion kit.
