The gas rangetop has 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU for simmering or melting chocolate or sauces. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooking surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean. Double gas ovens have a combined 6.58 cu.ft. capacity with a total output of 44,000 BTU. Encased in a speckled blue enamel interiors and tempered 3-layer glass oven door windows. The right-side oven consists of a convection fan function.
