The 48 Capriasca gas range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304-grade stainless-steel design. Cooking surface has 8 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total output of 160,000 BTU. A 20K dual-ring burner is ideal for boiling or searing and can also perform simmering tasks like melting chocolate or sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off heat when desired. The cumulative capacity 6.58 cu. ft. double gas ovens with a total output of 46,000 BTU are encased in blue enamel interiors, with a thermostat and regulator ensuring fast, precise, and consistent oven cooking. For easy viewing, there are 3-layer glass oven door windows. The right oven is fitted with an internal convection fan. Included are 6 fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, a reversible griddle, a complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, a concave wok ring, and an LP conversion kit.
