The 60 Capriasca gas range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable and beautiful 304-grade stainless-steel design. Cooking surface has 10 sealed dual-brass burners with a total output of 200,000 BTU. A 20K dual-ring burner is ideal for boiling or searing and can also perform simmering tasks like melting chocolate or sauces. Continuous heavy-duty cast-iron grates allow for easily sliding pots or pans off heat when desired. The cumulative capacity 8.64 cu. ft. double gas ovens with a total output of 44,000 BTU are encased in blue enamel interiors. A thermostat and regulator ensure fast, precise, and consistent oven cooking. Three-layer glass oven door windows provide easy viewing, and the right oven is fitted with an internal convection fan. Included are six fully telescopic easy-access stainless steel oven racks, two reversible griddles, a complete rotisserie kit including skewer and forks, a concave wok ring, and an LP conversion kit.
