The Lazio 30" Alta Qualita freestanding gas range brings professional styling and performance into your home kitchen with its durable stainless-steel design. Cooking surface has 5 sealed burners with a total output of 70,000 BTU and includes 1 powerful sealed dual-ring burner for boiling or searing and is able to perform simmering like melting chocolate or sauces. It features continuous cast iron grates, a wok-ring, and a reversible grill/griddle. The 30" oven has a capacity of 4.32 cu. ft. with a combined broil and bake output of 26,000 BTUs and a 3-layer glass insulator from heat and oven door window. An internal convection fan with element helps achieve fast temperatures with precision and consistent oven cooking.
