Mission Models is a premium acrylic (water-based) paint system. Although ready for use as supplied, it is highly recommended that the paint be reduced (thinned) prior to airbrushing using MIOMMA-02 or MIOMMA-03. It can also be applied using a brush straight from the bottle. These paints are ideal for scale modelers, figure painters, and graphic artists.

Model Wash is a range of washes created with a unique water-based formula. The product provides the model painter with new techniques for rendering the processes of ageing and exposure to the elements. Colors with a matt finish and of high capillarity, formulated to bring forth the minute details of the panels of the model and the contrasts produced by the wear and accumulated grime caused by operative and weather exposure. The versatility of Model Wash makes the product equally useful for a quick shading as for the creation of caked dust and dirt around the details of the model, such as rivets and panel lines. The washes are also used as a filter, applied in a uniform manner on the model to modify the base color. Model Wash can be applied by brush and airbrush and dries very quickly so that after some 20 minutes the painting or weathering process can be continued. Painting tools are cleaned with water.Model Wash is not flammable, and does not contain solvents.

Tru-Color Paint is some of the best on the market. This is the same paint I use on all of my models now, in my opinion it sprays as close to our beloved and missed Flo-quil paints. The paints spray nice from an airbrush at 28-35psi depending on your airbrush straight from the bottle. The paint does not require thinning, but can be thinned if you prefer. My recommendation is to buy a small container of the thinner and top the bottle off before spraying and it will work great. It is normal for bottles to be low from top, its due to the solvent thinner evaporation due to the type of bottles being used.

It does not effect the paint in anyway, just top off with thinner, shake, and spray! When sprayed properly it leaves a nice finish that can be decaled right onto without clear coating. After Decaling we have a variety of different clear (Flat, Satin, Gloss) and many weathering colors to bring out the realism. Another great thing with this paint, multi-color paint schemes can be done in the same day, due to the solvent based nature of this paint, you can let it sit under a light bulb for about 30-60 minutes or similar heat source and you can then mask and spray your next color.
