It will add the delicious taste of cheddar to your snacks and is perfect for sprinkling on popcorn pretzels pastas salads mashed or baked potatoes or any snack you desire. You can also mix with milk for a great casserole or pasta sauce or add it to bread mixes. One of the most popular uses is to use it to make your own *Mac N Cheese. Each 8oz of powder is equal to approx. 2 cups. *This is NOT the same mixture that is in the packets of boxed Mac N Cheese - Please do not make the assumption that it is the same. This product does not have as many additives/fillers and is a stronger cheese powder. You do not need to use as much. Using too much will overpower the taste.
