However though one may be lost as to the meaning of certain rushed lines there is always some clarification given as the poetry unfurls. The music is also in very good taste. Though good enough to be a distraction at certain points and might have been perfect if a tad lower in volume it beautifully helps to paint pictures that skillfully capture the spoken words of this prolific poet. The album also captures a very strong African essence that is very refreshing while having a diverse blend of music and poetry that does not allow the listener room for boredom.
