May be frozen up to 4 months without any loss of taste or texture. To thaw, place entire package on a plate in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before cooking. Oven • Preheat oven to 350°F. • Place in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. • Bake 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. • Let rest 15 minutes before slicing.
