The Matthews 169004 is a 18" X 48" Cutter. Newly designed 90 degree Flag and Cutter frames will make it possible to position the instrument over the top of the set wall or to use two or more units to create a box for better light control. Flags are square or rectangular frames with mounting pins attached and covered with a solid cloth material. They are used to control light, whether natural or artificial.
