Most (not All) 100 ah battery manufacturers will limit current to 100 DC amps continuous. If this is exceeded then the BMS may turn off the battery. So (2) 100AH batteries may have a max current of 200 amps. This would not be enough to drive all 3000 watts for this inverter but you should be able to do about 2000 watts. You can but the batteries may not be able to put out enough current to get 3000 watts out of the inverter. 2. How do i attach the temperature sensor to the batteries?
