Using the battery in our teardrop camper, and just used it for the first time over the weekend. Works as expected, and no issue in the cold (got below 32F the first night). We'll see how it holds up, but so far performance is great and Renogy info and shipping was quick and easy. Skotch: 8 months ago So I bought one of these late fall, at the end of camping season so I could get used to using it on my parked RV over the winter, to see how it worked. I ran a direct sonic mouse away thing on it with a 200w solar panel to keep it charged. It wasn't (the RV) parked to a place that was easy to get to so the panel often got covered up by snow and sure enough after about two months of not paying attention to it I went down and checked and the panel read like it wasn't connected to anything. I was disappointed and worried I'd have to figure out how to send it back and such, procrastinated for another month and on a warmer day went down and took a good good look at it. On a whim I plugged the ethernet cord/power switch to it and pressed it, sure enough the BMS had turned the battery to shelf mode. Charged up to full on two sunny days and all was well. I'm expecting to be able to camp with a decent amount of sunlight and run my larger dorm fridge without too much of a problem with two batteries for at least a few days, but that'll take a bit more testing and another battery. As other reviews have mentioned, one of the biggest selling points of this battery is the "I don't have to worry about it" and although it was disappointing that the mouse thing drained the battery (I'm not entirely sure it works all that properly), the battery wasn't damaged like a lead acid battery would be. Before this happened I did go down to the RV one day when it was really cold and monitored it for a few hours. It barely got any charge from the solar panel but slowly warmed up and once it got up well over 40F suddenly the majority of power was going into recharging the battery. That isn't surprising as that's exactly what its supposed to do.
