    The round die is suitable for re-threading existing threads in hard materials like metal or making new threads in soft material like plastic. The die stock handle can help to repair broken bolts and threads or just remove bolts and threaded rod when used with round dies. With adjustable screws the die stock can securely hold round dies and is easy to operate. Made of 45# carbon steel It has high hardness high strength and resistance to deformation than ordinary A3 steel. The positioning groove of the die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the middle of the die wrench and the screw should be inserted into the slot of the die and tightened. Necessary tools for hand tapping operation can improve the efficiency of processing threads. It needs to be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn to facilitate the chip discharge from the chip hole. Suitable lubricating oil should be added to the cutting edge of the die when tapping threads.
